About the Role
The Cleaning Squad is looking for a hands-on, motivated Field Technician to join our expanding service team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in high-quality work, and are looking for a position where you can grow your skills and career, we’d love to meet you.
In this role, you will deliver top-tier residential and commercial cleaning services, helping keep our clients’ properties clean, safe, and looking their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform pressure washing of exterior surfaces (driveways, siding, patios)
- Provide interior and exterior window cleaning for homes and businesses
- Clean and maintain rain gutters and downspouts
- Conduct dryer vent cleanings to improve efficiency and safety
- Clean solar panels to maximize performance
- Use safe, effective methods for roof washing and soft washing
- Complete general interior and exterior cleaning tasks for residential, office, and commercial properties
- Operate cleaning equipment, tools, and safety gear
- Communicate with customers on-site in a professional, respectful manner
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications
- Experience in exterior cleaning, janitorial work, or a similar field is a plus—but not required
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders, roofs)
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual work
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
